Option #1: Self-Hosting (no support from us)
You maintain your site and submit any support requests directly to WPEngine.
WPEngine will handle support requests related to their hosting infrastructure (for example, your website is down because their servers are down). They do not support any issues you may have with plugins nor do they provide assistance in adding or changing content or functionality on your site or updating your plugins as new releases come out. If you need that type of support, please consider one of our hosting options below.
Option #2: Premium Support = $150/month
We keep your WordPress site and plug-ins updated to make sure they are secure and working correctly so you don’t have to worry about it. We also take care of any issues that arise (for example, a form on your site is not working correctly, you decide to change email marketing providers and need to update the email subscribe form, etc.).
Option #3: Webmaster Support = $300/month
In addition to the premium support in Option 2, we act as your webmaster. That means that if you need a photo or page updated on your site, a blog post added, content rearranged, etc., we will take care of it for you. Need help formatting a post? Not sure how to use a plugin? We are here to help!
