We gather information on your company, business processes, and industry and seek to understand the needs of your users, including your employees, customers, vendors, and others. We also create a project plan and schedule and set up the online management portal for your project so you can track the progress, submit change requests, and communicate with team members.

We brainstorm with you on ideas for your logo and site design, interactive features, and marketing. We present you with 3 design concepts each for your logo and web site. You can select one of the concepts, combine elements from different ones, or choose a different graphical direction entirely. This process continues until you are completely satisfied with the "look and feel" of your site and/or logo.

We also review any existing content you have, determine what new content is needed, set deliverables, and create the sitemap. If we are developing a database application, we create flowcharts and diagrams to outline the process flow for the different features of the application.

Once you have selected a design, we then begin the production process where we actually create the logo files (for web and for print), site files, and integrate any database-driven functionality pertinent to your site, such as our e-commerce, site content management, opt-in e-mail newsletters, calendars, polls, or other custom applications.

After we have completed creating the pages and functionality, we then fully test your site with all of the major browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Safari) and operating systems (PC and Mac) to make sure that all of your site visitors will be able to easily access your site. We also check all links and proof-read all content on the site to ensure that there are no spelling or grammatical errors. If there is database functionality or integration with any third-party applications, we fully test those features.

Once testing is complete and you have reviewed the site to your satisfaction, your new site is ready to "go live". We will assist you with registering your site with the major search engines and with creating an announcement email to send to your contacts. We will then transfer the site files to our production server or to your hosting environment.

We will work with you to determine the appropriate maintenance plan for your site content and functionality, including conducting surveys and requesting feedback from your users. If you are hosting with us, we maintain the server environment and security as part of your hosting plan.
