The Top 100.
The team agents have other licensed agents working for them in specific functions, such as buyer brokerage. These teams of real estate professionals provide you greater resources while able to assist a greater number of buyers and sellers.
The individual agent is typically a specialist in representing buyers or sellers. A one-on-one relationship can be developed. The agent traditionally specializes in a smaller area than the team.
It is important to decide whether or not you prefer to work with a team agent or individual agent. Some people prefer the individual attention they receive from an individual agent while others enjoy the ease of access to a team that can handle any concern at a moment's notice. It is a personal preference, but knowing which you prefer will make your transaction smoother.
