Carol G. Cox, Owner

Carol Cox Carol is co-founder and president of InterMedia Solutions, Inc. As president, Carol wears many hats, including having responsibility for business development, project management, presentations, and training. Carol is also an experienced database developer and programmer, specializing in Microsoft technologies.

Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist Carol is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007. Carol has managed and developed projects for such Fortune 500 companies as Office Depot and Lowe's as well as for well-known brands like Popeye's, Church's Chicken, and Cinnabon.

While in Atlanta, Carol was active in the technology community, often giving presentations at meetings and conferences. She served as an officer of SERIS, the SouthEast Regional Internet Society, as Vice President for Tech Challenges. She was also responsible for the development of Techlanta, a membership and event notification Web site for Atlanta non-profit groups. Carol volunteered with Hands on Atlanta, offering Internet and computer training at local libraries.

Prior to founding InterMedia Solutions (formerly INA Solutions), Carol worked in college administration, including implementing financial aid software for a private four-year college. Carol holds a Master of Arts degree from Emory University, and she graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

 

Edward Burns, Owner

Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist Edward is co-founder and vice president of InterMedia Solutions, Inc. Edward is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007. As a programmer and database developer, Edward has developed projects for such Fortune 500 companies as Office Depot, Lowe's, and Coca-Cola.

While in Atlanta, Edward served as an officer of SERIS, the SouthEast Regional Internet Society, as Vice President for Techlanta. He was responsible for the development and maintenance of Techlanta, a membership and event notification Web site for Atlanta non-profit groups. Edward also volunteered with Hands on Atlanta, offering Internet and computer training at local libraries.

Prior to founding InterMedia Solutions (formerly INA Solutions), Edward spearheaded web and database projects for such Atlanta web design firms as What's Up Interactive and Creatigy.
