We are looking for people who are skilled in Microsoft technologies (including ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, SharePoint 2007, Windows Server 2003, SQL Server 2005, Exchange 2007, Office 2007, etc.), graphic design and multimedia (including Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, Silverlight), and other technology topics. You earn 50% royalties for the life of your videos.

Here's how it works:
- You provide us with a written step-by-step lesson plan on the particular topic. If you don't want to write it out and are comfortable with using screen recording software like Camtasia, you can record your lessons. If necessary, we will re-record your videos for optimum video and audio quality.
- We duplicate your lessons in our own development environment and record the video and audio.
- We edit the videos for time, clean up the audio, create the intro slides (crediting you), and compress the final movies.
- We then add the video to our online video library for people to purchase. You will receive 50% of each sale.
You can also promote your videos on your own website/blog. Just point people to our site to purchase.
