We custom developed a suite of easy-to-use, centralized, real-time intranet applications for the loss prevention departments in Lowe's and Office Depot.
These applications are used by managers and employees in stores nationwide for training, communication, store performance monitoring, and incident reporting.
Results include reduction of time spent on data entry, eradication of data entry redundancy, a centralized and real-time reporting mechanism, increased education and awareness of employees of loss prevention issues,
increased participation in store activities, increased and more effective communication between store and regional managers, and millions of dollars saved in reduction of shrinkage (loss). |

Used by managers to enter in incident reports (accidents, thefts, shrinkage); search past incidents; view store, district, and regional statistics; and track manager performance.

"War on Shrink" intranet application accessible via kiosks at each Lowe's store where employees take quizzes and learn about loss prevention and safety. Used to increase employee awareness and communication and track fulfillment of training requirements.
